Noel Hargrave M.A. UKCP
Psychotherapy & Counselling

Central London W2

There are always times in our life when we need help. Coming to therapy is a positive step and can offer support beyond that available from family or friends. You may not want to trouble loved ones, or there may be a reason why you feel you need to withhold. Therapy is a confidential space in which we can address difficulties and talk through our most personal hopes and fears.

I am a qualified and experienced therapist, with a previous background in business development and management. I have experience of working in a demanding workplace as do many of my clients. In the current environment for many trying to make time for themselves, and to make sense of the conflicting demands of life is difficult. For those in work the job is often more demanding than ever, and in such circumstances there can be little time or space to work through other issues be they around relationships, or personal difficulties like anxiety or depression. For those out of work, other issues can arise, lack of purpose, feelings of being left behind, or perhaps the feeling  of being unable to meet expectations. Therapy offers a space to work through difficulties and issues in a safe confidential space.

My private practice based in central London is currently on Monday's. If you have any questions or if you would like to book a first session please contact me on 07753 935 717 or you can email me at

I am a member of the UKCP who are an accredited member of the professional standards authority.
